Overview and Application
The pressure self-sealing integral forged gate valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting the pipeline medium on pipelines under various working conditions such as ANSI Class 150~2500 and operating temperature <600°C in petroleum, chemical industry, thermal power stations, etc. Applicable media are: water, oil, steam, etc. Operation modes include: manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.
Reasonable stuffing box design, using a combination of braided graphite, flexible graphite packing and intermediate packing sleeve, ensures that the valve has no external leakage and meets environmental protection requirements.
The connection between the valve body and the valve cover adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure. The wedge-shaped sealing ring is combined with a four-open ring. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing.
The gate is made of forged steel and elastic gate, which has certain elastic compensation under high pressure conditions. Make sealing more reliable.
