Metal hard seal ball valve

Metal hard seal ball valve

Brief description: Metal hard-sealed ball valve. The valve stem is equipped

with a protection device to prevent the valve stem from moving downward

due to abnormal external force. It consists of a protective sleeve and a screw nut.

This protection device can adjust the distance during the valve assembly process

through the reserved thread on the valve stem to prevent the valve stem from

moving downward due to external force and avoid damaging the valve seal.

Diameter: DN15-DN200 Pressure: PN16-PN100 Temperature: -40℃—450℃

Features

1. Zero leakage seal

Each valve meets the testing requirements of ASNE B16.34 and is hydrostatically tested for shell and seat leakage in accordance with MSS-SP-61 standards.

2. Valve stem protection device

The valve stem is equipped with a protection device to prevent the valve stem from moving downward due to abnormal external force. It consists of a protective sleeve and a screw nut. This protection device can adjust

the distance during the valve assembly process through the reserved thread on the valve stem to prevent the valve stem from moving downward due to external force and avoid damaging the valve seal.

3. Anti-ejection valve stem

The shoulder of the valve stem collar installed inside the valve body is larger than the shoulder of the valve body, which can prevent the valve stem from ejecting outward.

4. The reliable design of the packing gland and the application of butterfly springs can ensure a long service life of the valve stem packing and less maintenance, thus ensuring no leakage.

5. Isolated body cavity

During the operation of the valve, the ball and the valve seat are always in contact, thereby isolating the body cavity from the fluid and preventing the accumulation of solid matter.

6. Angular stroke valve

The rapid 90-degree rotation of the valve stem reduces wear on the valve stem and packing, extending the service life of the packing. Angular turn operation and zero leakage make this valve an excellent choice for

emergency shut-off applications.

7. HVOF spraying

The surface of the ball and valve seat are coated with chromium carbide coating made by high-speed flame spraying technology. All balls and valve seats are ground "one to one" to ensure zero leakage and friction

performance of the valve and extend the service life of the valve.

8. Inconel 718 load-bearing disc spring

The load-bearing disc spring can make the valve seat and the ball in close contact, which can protect the valve seat well when the valve is in the fully open and fully closed position. It allows thermal expansion and

temperature cycle changes without affecting the normal operation of the valve, allowing the valve to ensure zero bubble sealing under high and low pressure conditions.

9. Disc spring guide sleeve

This design prevents the ball and upstream seat from ejecting in the event of incorrect installation or reverse pressure.
