Overview and Application
In addition to reliable sealing performance, the fluorine-lined regulating valve also has the unique advantage of being resistant to strong corrosive media such as acids (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid) and alkali. The inner wall of the valve and the components in the valve that are in contact with the fluid are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polyperfluoroethylene-propylene (FEP). The valve is equipped with a bellows component, and the top of the valve core is sealingly connected to the upper end of the PTFE bellows. The lower end of the bellows and the valve body. The upper valve cover and support are tightly connected with bolts and nuts, and the bellows isolates the medium from the outside world.

Features
Corrosion resistance: The valve body cavity and valve internal parts are covered with polymer fluoroplastics, which can resist corrosion from all chemical media (including concentrated sulfuric acid, strong alkali and aqua regia):
Good sealing performance: the bellows and packing made of polytetrafluoroethylene are used for double sealing, which can provide two protective seals;
The valve has a high leakage level: the valve core and valve seat are both soft seals, so the leakage amount can meet
GB/T17213.4-2005/1EC60534-4: 1999 VI level standard;
The valve core profile controls the flow characteristics, and the flow characteristics are accurately controlled.
