Overview and Application

Fully welded ball valve, there will be no external leakage.

The processing process of the sphere is tracked and detected by advanced computer detectors, so the processing accuracy of the sphere is high.

Since the material of the valve body is the same as that of the pipe, there will be no uneven stress and no deformation due to earthquakes or vehicles passing over the ground. The pipe is resistant to aging.

The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE material with 25% Carbon content, ensuring no leakage (0%).

Directly buried welded ball valves can be buried directly underground. There is no need to build high and large valve wells. Instead, only small shallow wells need to be set up on the ground, which greatly saves construction costs and engineering time.

The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.

The processing accuracy of the sphere is very precise, the operation is light and there is no harmful interference.

Using high-grade raw materials, it can maintain pressure above PN25.

Compared with products of the same specification in similar industries, the valve body is small and beautiful in appearance.

Under normal operation and use of the valve, the service life is more than 20 years.
